The pipe chain conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment for transporting powdery, small granular, and small block-like materials. It can be combined for horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveyance. It is generally used in fine chemical, pesticide, mineral, construction materials, and food industries.
Introduction
In a sealed pipeline, the material is moved along the pipeline by the chain pieces as the transmission components. When it is carried out horizontally, the material particles are subjected to the thrust of the chain pieces in the direction of movement. When the internal friction force between the layers of the material is greater than the external friction force between the material and the pipe wall, the material moves forward along the chain pieces, forming a stable material flow. When it is transported vertically, the material particles in the pipe are subjected to the upward thrust of the chain pieces. Because the lower feeding prevents the upper material from sliding down, a lateral side pressure is generated, thus enhancing the internal friction force of the material. When the internal friction force between the materials is greater than the external friction force between the material and the inner wall of the pipe and the weight of the material, the material moves upward along the chain pieces, forming a continuous material flow.

Fine chemicals: Pigments, dyes, coatings, carbon black, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, ceramic powder, heavy calcium, light calcium, bentonite, molecular sieves, kaolin, silica gel powder, activated carbon, etc.
Pesticide ores: Urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, soda powder, solid pesticides, tungsten powder, pesticide additives, copper concentrate powder, coal powder, phosphate powder, alumina powder, etc.
